FeedbackGreat packaging! I had a very small item (keychain) that they thoughtfully wrapped with another, larger item in the box. This prevented me from losing the small keychain among the other items. |

FeedbackThis is my first experience with ZenMarket!
I live in the U.S., so because of the tariff situation, I was on a time crunch when I was buying something specific. I was a little worried using a new service instead of what I was used to. But after doing research, I chose ZenMarket because it seemed like it was the cheapest option for me.
And it was!! Not only that, but they shipped my parcel out quickly! After ZenMarket packed the parcel, I wasn't satisfied with the shipping method I chose before. So they even gave me the option to change my shipping method again for free before I paid the shipping fee- that's something I never saw with the other services I used! Everything on this website is easy to understand. I think ZenMarket is doing a good job adapting to the tariff situation and keeping U.S. customers updated, too. Thank you for your hard work!
TLDR: I'm gonna use ZenMarket from now on because of how easy it is to navigate the site, how cheap their service fee is, and how fast they take care of business! Thank you Zen, you're my hero~ |
