I've had questions, I've had concerns brought up to me; no matter the initiative, the chat team has always helped guide me through in a knowledgeable, helpful, prompt, and courteous manner to date.

And with the latest package that I unraveled recently, I'd like to copy and paste that feedback to the package handlers too--everything was well-protected, concisely cushioned, delivered within the expected timeframe, and with the items positioned respectably (e.g. clear files being on a smooth surface).
