From the G-SQUAD sports line of G-SHOCK, the GBD-H1000 series with heart rate monitor and GPS functions, this model uses a black base and vivid skeleton resin to create a color scheme for fun activities.The GBD-H1000 series is equipped with an optical sensor for heart rate measurement, an acceleration sensor for step counting, and direction, altitude/barometric pressure, and temperature sensors as well as GPS functions for measuring distance, speed, and pace. It can also measure VO2max, which is a standard for cardiopulmonary capacity, and can be used as an indicator for strengthening endurance in running and other activities.The dedicated application can also be used to check fitness level and training progress, and automatically create training plans, etc. VO2max and other data are analyzed using FIRSTBEAT's libraries, which have an established reputation in the sports science field. Support is provided by more accurate algorithms.The exterior features a curved back cover to reduce interference with the back of the hand, a soft urethane band for a good fit, two-color molded buttons for easy operation, and a high-definition MIP LCD for high visibility.
