New Shipping Method Nova Global to Launch for Select European destinations

ZenMarket is pleased to announce the launch of Nova Global, a new international shipping option for customers in selected European countries.

The service will begin full operation from September 3, 2026, giving customers another way to ship their purchases from Japan.

Benefits of Shipping with Nova Global

There are a number of benefits to using Nova Global to ship your treasures from Japan:

• 🪙Competitive shipping rates so you can save on shipping (particularly for Ukraine)
• 🏃‍➡️A faster shipping option compared to the low cost surface shipping method
• 🦣Higher capacity and weight limitations than the Avia Small shipping method
• 🤷An extra shipping option, giving customers the ability to ship some items that cannot be handled by others
• 🤝A pick-up drop-off option, enabling customers to choose a delivery method that works best for them. 

Expanding the range of available shipping methods gives our customers more flexibility when deciding how to send their purchases from Japan.

In addition to providing a Door-to-Door shipping service, you can also opt to use Nova Global PUDO and have your parcel shipped to a pick-up drop-off box when creating a parcel, giving you more power over how you receive your parcels, while also reducing carbon emissions by optimising last-mile delivery.

Nova Global is expected to be particularly competitive for customers shipping to Ukraine, while also providing customers in participating EU countries with another option to consider alongside our existing international shipping services.

Which parcels are eligible?

For Nova Global, value and destination restrictions apply.

Nova Global will be available for parcels weighing up to 20 kg. Size restrictions may vary depending on the destination country and local delivery requirements - this information can be found on the ZenMarket shipping calculator so be sure to check prior to placing an order.

As with all international shipping methods, certain items cannot be shipped through Nova Global. While the majority of restricted items can already be found in our prohibited items list, we recommend checking directly via the Nova Global website if you are unsure.

Using the IOSS system is mandatory on Nova Global shipments.

Shipping Schedule

Nova Global is now available in the ZenMarket shipping calculator, with the first shipment scheduled for September 3 with shipments expected to be dispatched once per week initially, with additional pickup days added to meet additional demand.

Of course this means that the more parcels shipped by customers using Nova Global means more pickup days, which in turn means your Japanese treasures will reach you even faster. 

Monday: Weekly shipment cutoff
Thursday: Shipment dispatched from Japan

If you miss the cutoff, your parcel will be dispatched the following Thursday until additional pickup days are added.
