Terms & Conditions

1. Discount type:
   10% of the value of a user's first item purchased from Mercari will be automatically credited to your ZenMarket account on June 15th 2023.
2. Eligible Items:
   The promotion applies only to a user's first Mercari item. Items purchased from other stores or platforms will not be eligible for the cashback. Users who have already purchased items from Mercari using ZenMarket, will not be eligible for the cashback.
3. Campaign Dates:
   May 16th 00:00 - May 30th 16:00 JST
4. IMPORTANT:
   1. Your order(s) must be paid for during the promotional period to be eligible.
   2. Please note that your items might not be eligible for the cashback in some cases if your items are not available for payment immediately due to additional actions needed to complete your purchase. Additional actions may include, but are not limited to:
      • Seller requesting that we message them before making the purchase.
      • Request for lacking item order details.
      • Seller evaluation or verification.
      • User account security checks for high price items.
      • Seller stock levels (item sold out, purchase limits, etc.)
   3. To ensure your order is made within the promotional period, we recommend that you order items at least 2 - 3 days in advance of the promotion ending.
   4. We are unable to cancel an item after you have clicked the payment button. If you wish to cancel an item for purchase, please do so before you pay for the item.
   5. Only a user's first item purchased from Mercari with ZenMarket will be eligible for the cashback. Users that have already purchased one or more items from Mercari with ZenMarket will be ineligible for the cashback.
   6. Users who have purchased items from stores other than Mercari and are yet to purchase an item from Mercari will be eligible to receive the cashback on their first Mercari item only.
   7. Eligible items will have the cashback applied automatically - no coupon codes needed!
   8. 10% cashback applies only to the item price and does not apply to domestic shipping costs.
   9. Items that are unable to be purchased by ZenMarket and result in funds being returned to the customer will not be eligible for the cashback.
   10. Mercari Shops items are not eligible for the promotion.
   11. Users are allowed to have only one (1) ZenMarket account. Users with multiple accounts will be deemed in direct violation of the Terms & Conditions and therefore ineligible for the discount.
   12. ZenMarket reserves the right to block or ban accounts found in violation of the Terms & Conditions.
   13. Users who participate in this cashback campaign will be deemed to have read and agreed to the Terms & Conditions.
