Frustrating experience with packaging advice and unexpected costs.
The items were packed well and successfully delivered. However, I had a very poor experience with customer service communication. I contacted them multiple times asking if I could combine packages and whether individual values would be declared separately, specifically trying to ensure my purchases stayed under the £135 threshold to avoid customs complications.
They advised me to combine everything. When I saw the resulting invoice, I asked to repackage it smaller, which resulted in being charged unpack and repacking fees—even though following their own advice caused the issue in the first place. This lack of clear communication and the extra fees added an unexpected £100 to my overall cost. |

FeedbackVery protective shipping, all my CDs came wrapped and taped in bubble wrap but didn't damage the item itself. Inside the bubble wrap, each item is wrapped in a plastic sleeve. Very good and safe service |
