الملاحظاتfinally received my parcel, and I'm very happy that everything arrived safely and in perfect condition. The bag and all the official merchandise are beautiful, exactly as expected.
During the shipping process, I was very worried because the tracking stopped updating for many days, and communication was sometimes frustrating. In the end, however, the parcel did arrive.
Unfortunately, the final delivery by the local courier was unacceptable. The courier rang my intercom and threw the parcel into the courtyard instead of handing it to me personally. No signature was requested, even though this was an EMS international shipment. I had to run downstairs immediately to recover the package, and it could easily have been lost or stolen.
Despite the stressful delivery experience, I appreciate that all my items arrived safely. I hope future shipments can be handled with better communication and more professional final delivery. |

الملاحظاتThis was my 1st time using ZenMarket as a 3rd party service to buy items from Japan, and it was completely worth it!
The customer service was great, and they helped me with the questions I had for them, so I appreciated that. Since the item I purchased was particularly fragile, I also appreciated, that they offered the additional service of reinforcing my package for a small, additional fee, so that was great, that they offered that, to where it went a long way to make me feel comfortable, knowing that my package is, for sure, secured while it makes the long transit from Japan to where I live at.
My package ran into a bit of a customs clearance delay, however, but that's not ZenMarket's fault. For me, I got through that bit of a bump in the road by contacting Fedex (I picked the Fedex option for my package) about the matter concerning my package and following up with them on a daily basis (i.e. contacting Fedex Logistics by using their phone number) accordingly until they finally assured me, that I will receive my package and that it will pass customs clearance without any problems, and then it was all just a matter of playing the waiting game until my package cleared customs, and it was all good from there! I also hope me talking a bit about how I personally dealt with the customs clearance delay concerning my package helps others out about what to do, if they ever run into a customs problem similar to mines. It was a 1st time for me, in-terms of dealing with that kind of customs situation, so it was a bit of a shock for me, but looking back, it wasn't too bad, so I now know what to do, if I ever come across that sort of customs issue again.
When my package finally arrived, I was amazed about how well-packaged it was! It was the most well-packaged item I have ever seen in my life so far (Sure, I picked the additional reinforcement option for my package, so it was a given, but still, it was truly impressive). The care that was put into making sure my package was secured for international transit was incredible to see, to where slowly opening the package, bit-by-bit, felt like an adventure in itself! Needless to say, my item definitely arrived at my place safe and secure, with no damages to it whatsoever. The care and thought into making sure my package was secure was superb, indeed!
Overall, it was a wonderful first time using ZenMarket! I want to thank them for giving me the chance to own a particular item from Japan that wouldn't have been possible without their help (What I ordered was, more-or-less, a Japan-exclusive item). It was totally worth it, and I couldn't be more pleased! I'll definitely come back to use ZenMarket again. I'd recommend them, for sure! |
