الاسمHD	التاريخ27/03/48	الدولةالولايات المتحدة الأمريكية	الملاحظاتZenMarket successfully purchased my AYURA hand cream from the official Japanese website and shipped it safely. Overall, the service worked as expected. However, there are two areas that could be improved: 1. I was asked to change the shipping method from FedEx FICP to EMS without any explanation. A brief reason (for example, carrier restrictions on cosmetics) would have avoided unnecessary confusion. 2. After changing the shipping method, my parcel remained in “Packing in Process” for about five days. Customer support replied that the warehouse was busy, but could not provide even a rough estimate of when packing would be completed. Better communication and estimated processing times would greatly improve the customer experience. Overall, I would use ZenMarket again, but I hope you improve communication during order processing.	التقييم 4 out of 5	التتبع
