In the packing process, a sticky liquid was dropped inside and outside of my guitar case covering the guitar, and the inside and outside of the case. I know it happened in the shipping process because i bought the case and guitar from different vendors and both were covered in the sweet smelling liquid. The people at Zenmarket wanted pictures to show the damage. Have you ever taken pictures of a sticky substance you can’t see but can smell? Ive spent a significant amount of money with Zenmarket and I can truly say that their customer service is beyond horrible. They respond but only to provide excuses without ever owning up to anything nor are they helpful in any way. As a customer you are also unable to refer back to the product you ordered making it impossible to validate if the products you buy are in the condition you bought them. Đánh giá
