Hello,
I hope you are doing well.
My EMS parcel EN530346295JP was dispatched from Osaka International Office of Exchange on July 23, 2026.
Since then, there have been no tracking updates. Saudi Post (SPL) has confirmed that the parcel has not yet arrived in Saudi Arabia.
Could you please contact Japan Post and open an official inquiry to check the current status and location of the shipment?
I would appreciate your assistance.

الملاحظاتSome of my anime figures' boxes were crumpled but this is the first time this happened to me. All of my previous parcels were delivered in perfect condition.
Not sure if it's because of the courier, since it's also my first time using the EMS option. I hope this won't happen again. However, overall the service is still good. |

الملاحظاتHey, little late on this one, but I wanted you to know you guys did a very good job when it came to making sure the package was safe and secure. Shipping internationally is difficult, but even moreso when the box is full of glass. The ¥1000 was well worth the cost of safe passage.
