That's because it's an outsourced service with employees from other countries who are not located in Japan. I wanted to ask a seller something, after two repeating messages from you, the Customer Support told me to ask the questions a third time, so they can send them quicker to the seller. That's not Customer Support, that's a VERY BAD JOKE! Too bad they bring the overall quality of the real Japan team down... because their warehouse services are the best I have ever used. ZM, get it right with the customer support, you hear me? 별점
