FeedbackI don't know what happened this time when I received a parcel from Outlook it was very good but when I opened the glass doll display case was damaged so I made a complaint to Zen Market Team as I specially paid for reinforcement to reach to me safely.
Anyhow I think they will take relevant action against it.

Feedbackshipping volume wasted. doubled the volume to lay a few small items to the side instead of putting them in a smaller box. cost double the usual price due to poor packing. I messaged to ask them to confirm the shipping was calculated properly due to the extremely expensive price and they did. I received the parcel and found it very poorly packed. with large items the shipping volume needs to be efficient or the postage cost goes up dramatically. |

If only i could order more but shipping gets very expensive by DHL!
Please include surface shipping for larger items. Surface shipping is very restrictive. |
