FeedbackI am extremely disappointed with the way the ZenMarket team packed the Coral H-70 tweeters. In previous shipments, the speakers were always packed separately to protect them during transport and prevent them from hitting each other during shipping.
This time, both tweeters were simply wrapped together in the same package. Because of this careless packaging, they arrived scratched, scuffed, and no longer in the good condition they were supposed to be in.
I am very unhappy and frustrated with this experience. Proper packaging is extremely important for vintage audio equipment, and I expected much better handling from the ZenMarket team. |
