FeedbackThe service surpassed my expectation! Zenmarket took care of all the customs paperwork, so I didn't need to go to customs website.
I was expecting a customs notification "Please go to our website to pay the fee" (this is my usual experience when ordering from outside of EU), and instead I just got the package directly, right away! Zenmarket took care or the import fees. The order from outside of EU, but with the convenience as if it were from inside EU. I didn't know that was even possible! Thank you so much, it's perfect! |

The extra packaging was really good, I received the product in pristine condition.
The VAT payment handled by ZenMarket was flawless, I simply received the parcel at my door in Bucharest, I had nothing else to pay for.
