FeedbackI tried Zenmarket for the first time to buy an exclusive figure other stores did not offer. I was rather skeptical at first because it's not one of the proxys that immediately pop up but the cheaap fees ultimately made me decide to try it.
I'm pretty content with the service. I received quick replies and I appreciate the staff actually looking at the things they buy because they informed me again that it was a pre-order item.
The order process was simple enough, the only thing I personally do not like is the fund system. I'd rather pay the exact amount via PayPal to have the possibility to use the protective services and due to the PayPal fees, there's always a bit left.
I was very pleased with the packaging. The figure, which was already in a cardboard box from the beginning, was wrapped again with bubble wrap and placed in a sturdy box with more newspaper and other supporting materials. Even without the additional service of secure packaging, it was packed safely and the likelihood of the figure taking damage was rather low due to that.
The shipping costs weren't exactly cheap but I felt they were adequate for a parcel that size with tracking and insurance included.
I had to go fetch it from the customs office but the documents provided were sufficent to retrieve it without much of a problem.
All in all, I would definitely recommend this service and I already pre-ordered another exclusive figure. |

Был выслан EMS в Россию 22.09 попал на таможню 25.09 уже вышел с таможни.Сегодня думаю получу его. Если честно я не ожидал так быстро все получить. Спасибо сервису Zenmarket за оперативность ! Все быстро,Сообщения приходят быстро о передвижении товара, маленькая компосты за услуги. Буду ещё использовать данный сервис. Рекомендую всем!!! |
