I am very pleased with how smooth the whole process and how it automatically translate the buying process in English. It is hassle free and better than shopee, Tenso and even Rakuten itself (you need to negotiate with seller sometimes or the seller use expensive EMS postage). I wanted to buy some good comfort shoes and blazers that were not available outside Japan such as Honeys from Zozotown. The blazers were very well tailored and half the prize of usual Zara blazers. They also help to buy certain shoes products which were sold in Rakuten but do not offer international shipping. I have went to Japan for many times and yet, I never manage to get the size I want despite going personally to many Aeon, underground shops and Life Supermarket. The customer services from Zenmarket is helpful and polite although the replies is very formal. The boxes is very well packed too and everything come in good condition. However, the only lack of benefit is Malaysian customers must pay import tax out of your own pocket due to the new regulation. So, please choose the cheapest mailing service and buy what you really need. I will continue utilizing Zenmarket services in the future. Avaliação
