FeedbackI am completely disappointed in how Zen Market packaged my items. They obviously removed the items from their factory packaging to make it easier to stuff in a box to ship. In the past this never happened when I made a purchase at Zen Market. As a COLLECTOR, I feel like I have wasted my time and money on these auctions because they did not come the way they were supposed to. I think Zen Market can be used for items that are not very valuable, but if you need something in their original factory condition, I would go elsewhere to a more reliable company like Noppin who always keeps things in their original factory bags and packaging. Now I have to find these items to repurchase because Zen Market arbitrarily decided to remove the items from their factory packaging. In short, if its a collectible item or something you need in its factory condition, spend the extra money and used a more reliable company. |
