NomeGaby Data20/11/2017 PaísAustrália Feedbackit was my first time using zenmarket and i can confidently say that i am thoroughly impressed with their services. i admit – and i'm also well aware – that i was (and am) a fairly difficult customer with the many times i've asked them for a refund due to failed otamart orders or simply because i changed my mind at the last minute, but they dealt with me very much patiently and efficiently. they were a little slow with shipping my parcel out, but for all the right reasons, given that i gave them some specific packaging instructions and also since they bubble wrapped each item carefully. on that note, they packaged the items really well and even adhered to the packaging instructions that i gave them. a definite 5/5 from me.
