FeedbackHappy with my first purchase here, customer service is responsive and the package arrived safely in time. Had no issues regarding the shipment of goods from the seller to Zen Market. Arrival of the items to the warehouse may be off by a day or two, but overall the service is smooth and reliable. |

FeedbackConvenient and fast service, but I wish you provided a way and differentiation to help customers that purchased personal-use items to be assisted with declaration/customs processes. All I received was "we cannot help with this." Fortunately the FedEx customs clearance here in the USA was without any issue (and was just cleared/released to FedEx here, according to my tracking number). I want to recommend you consider this aspect, as it would have been extremely difficult for me to contact the manufacturers of the tapestry that came as a bonus with my book items to ask them for their business name and address (since they are Japanese).
Overall very easy and fast, but the warnings for a personal-use customer felt overkill/unneeded since my customs clearance situation did not experience any issues. |

FeedbackChegou tudo certinho. Em alguma etapa do transporte amassaram a caixa e um dos livros sofreu uma leve amassada, mas não sei se uma caixa de papelão mais forte resolveria isso. E tenho que me lembrar de não comprar tanta coisa de uma vez, porque taxam pensando que é pra vender. |
