FeedbackEXCELLENCE that is almost unbelievable! I'm blown away by the level of professionalism and efficiency at every possible point of my first experience with ZenMarket. EVERYTHING - from the user interface for shopping for items individually to the way they arrived at my doorstep - was PERFECT. My expectations were decidedly low because of experiences with similar services, but when I received my parcel today, I realized I've yet to experience similar service. You all provide a glimpse into the online retail realm of the east that is so far superior to other shopping agents I've used that I wouldn't even call them competitors. I realize these are strong words, and I do not use them lightly. ZenMarket set a new standard in this area of my world today. BRAVO! |
