FeedbackThis is not feedback concerning the parcel itself but for the bidding system. I lost eight auctions even though I placed high winning bids, due to reasons "independent from zenmarket". Reasons ARE Zenmarket.
You either get a dependable bidding service or you are making customers (who waited 4 days on the item) lose after placing winning bids.
Zenmarket had and has always provided amazing service and support but losing an auction like this is very upsetting. This happened before but once are twice (not too concerning). But losing EIGHT auctions even though you had high winning bids should not be acceptable by this reputable service. |

FeedbackEverything arrived perfectly fine thanks to the care ZenMarket put into the box due to my items being acrylic stands. However I was charged with customs even though it was a very small parcel. |
