FeedbackGood morning (evening) friends. Most recent parcel arrived. All individual products SUPERBLY packed. I particularly like the cello bags with auction number--very nice, easy to identify multiple items of the same type. The overall box was still not quite full, with loose space inside that allowed one side of the box to collapse, but there were NO damages inside, fortunately. All items were also exactly as described-happy to see that. All in all a very good parcel, I thank you for your attention to detail.

I am extremely satisfied with your excellent service and give you a full 5 stars.
From start to finish, the process was so easy. Thank you for all the thought put into your service like the guides on the buying process and the automated messages that let you know the next steps at every step. Due to this, I had few questions and nothing that couldn't be answered without researching the thorough information on your site by myself; only a question regarding a seller's info that required direct contact with a staff member.
Thank you for all the care put into packaging my products; since they were collectible photos they were delicate but you wrapped them with so much love. That made me happy as the items are precious to me. I am happy I was able to get vintage photos of my favorite artist who has passed away. A little bit of sadness has been reduced. I will cherish them. Maybe in the future I can add more to my collection.
I would love to work with ZenMarket again for any purchase.
