FeedbackPackaging and everything is perfect, just one more thing, PLEASE don't add generic titles to the invoice, add the full original name in the invoice, since here in USA the sender really needs to be specific, if not I will need to provide additional info everytime! |

FeedbackThe warehouse services (packing & shipping) are absolutely the best in the business. However, the Customer Services are the worst, because ZM keeps using outsourced, which is not from Japan, so they are ABSOLUTELY INNEFECTIVE and COMPLETELY USELESS if you have a real problem. |

FeedbackThe warehouse services are excellent as always, just perfect! Packing and shipping are done with outmost care and speed. Unfortunately, the Client Services inability to solve even the simplest of issues is at its worst, because that is an outsourced service by ZenMarket. |
