FeedbackParcel was well packaged, and the item sustained no damages, arriving in good condition. Despite a notice of warehouse processing delays, the packaged was processed faster than I thought. Staff were prompt with messages and were accommodating. Overall good experience. |

FeedbackPackage was rather beat up from the trip here despite paying for reinforcement, leading to the discs (many of which weren’t individually bubble wrapped) to begin shifting in the box and in their cases. A full 7 DVD set was entirely loose in the box. I usually have a great experience with zenmarket but this time the usual care and attention to detail was lacking in this shipment. |
