I really appreciated all the messages I got that kept me updated throughout the whole process. And my package came in perfect condition. To top it off, everyone was incredibly kind and welcoming. FeedbackThe auction bidding and payment process were great as usual, but I wish the shipping process could be a little faster sometimes. I paid minutes after receiving notification that the package had been created, but the package did not ship out until the next business day which unfortunately in this case, was Monday. I have had this happen before, that no matter how quickly you request the next step in shipping after getting notification that it is available, it always takes at least 1 business day to move to the next step.
The package arrived very well packed and in great condition though. Overall a great experience as usual.

I am very impressed with the service.
The whole process is so easy. Love the fact all my items can be stored in the warehouse until I'm ready to ship my items.
I love the single shipping cost. This will no doubt save me money as I order from different websites.
My order only took 6 days from shipment to where I live which is halfway between Sydney and Brisbane in Australia.
Already preparing my next purchases. |
