Also, the warehouse personnel is true gold, they take care of every aspect of the parcel with unbelievable outmost care! FeedbackMy item was packed in an excessively huge box (35cm × 28cm × 16cm - 990g) when the item (31.5 x 16.5 x 10.5 - ~550g) is so much smaller. The shipping cost was almost twice as much as it would have cost. This is so not ethical.
The option to 'repack' at the cost of 1,000 JPY is ridiculous when you can pack it in the interest of your customers in the first place. |

FeedbackContents came undamaged and in very good condition; Box was pretty banged up, however. I'll most likely use ZenMarket again in the future, they had great service and were very transparent about my package's whereabouts! |

Other side UPS is the worst shipping service, they left my parcel for many days in custom services & after I rent private custom clearance person they refused to transport my parcel from airport to my hometown 500k fare away
