FeedbackThey've sent the package without a proper description, the customs of my country then stopped the import because it lacked a proper description in the invoice and sent the item back to Japan. So far I thought that I was the one that haven't properly described the item, but after I bought another item, I found out that Zenmarket insists on not properly describing the items.
After you lose the money from the first international Shipping fee they'll ask for more money, they'll ask for the return shipping fee and some more to repack everything. Let's not forget that they'll never assume their mistakes, they'll call "sending things wrong to see if they'll pass" a risk that the customer is assuming when they buy from Zenmarket.
I might be wrong, but I remember something about Zenmarket having Shipping Insurance included for each shipping... Tell you what, if they'll ask for more money after messing up on their side, that insurance is pretty much useless.
I might have lost around 180-300 USD out of my experience with Zenmarket, It might not be a lot where you live but in my country that is close if not more than the Minimum Wage.
Seriously, what they're doing and the fact that they're even promoting their store/proxy service in my country makes everything looks even more like a scam.
