FeedbackReally disappointed in everything. Firstly they have a platform fee of 300 yen and they charge shipping fee within Japan is already quite costly. Point is you don't even know what kind of shipping method they are using within Japan. Secondly the shipping to overseas fee is also pricey considering the size of my package (27SGD from Japan to Singapore 2-3 months folks) For your information, my product weighs less than 1kg I don't even know how they become 1.7kg when packed. The size is 40cm by 35cm by 20 plus ish cm. Damn, feel like being robbed. |

FeedbackMy address was keyed in but not captured by system. They only captured the postal code and contact number. In the end, I had to pay SGD 21.40 for processing fee because the address is not completed. Never ever going to use Zen market. 😡
I still have money in the account. Please advise on how to withdraw!! |
