FeedbackIt took a couple weeks from order to shipment, but once it was heading overseas it arrived quickly in heavily reinforced packaging. The item is in pristine condition and suits my vintage telescope project quite nicely. |

FeedbackThis was my 20th order in 6 years and Zen has never failed me once. The CS team is always helpful and answers all my questions promptly. The Warehouse team's packaging know-how is the best I've seen and sometimes I feel sorry that I have to cut open a perfectly packaged box.
