FeedbackThank you again ZenMarket! since my items were 13kg this time. The final package ended up being 17kg. Suspecting this, I tried your reinforcement service and glad I did! The 1,000 JYP is very worth the insurance and the packaging used to reinforce the box were super sturdy and thick like wood! Amazing. Recommend it if you are going over that 10kg weight that they advise. |

FeedbackThis sonic x dvd from Japan was my very first purchase with your help. You did a good job during the pandemic, but DHL sure was relatively slow. Still, I am thankful and relieved to have received the package and sure looked forward to buy here again sometime. |

FeedbackThanks for helping me get this Japanese Pokemon dvd. I’m aware that it wasn’t released in America, since it’s episodes were placed on a dvd box set, but it’s still an awesome looking dvd for a two part episode. |

FeedbackThanks for helping me get these sonic x dvds. The original Japanese version is more satisfying than the American to me, too bad they’re hard to find. |

FeedbackVery good service. I really enjoy buying Japanese merchandise with your help. And I’ve always wanted some of the janguru taitei dvds ever since I watched the 2009 film on YouTube. |

Feedbackpacking is good by zen!
SF express is not great, price not competitive against UPS/DHL/Fedex, delivery times are slower too! |

FeedbackReally fast shipping and surprisingly not too expensive, took only 6 days for my package to get to me! Item was packed nice and compact in a polymer satchel in its original plastic wrapping with the tag. Really good experience overall |
