FeedbackDo not trust these retards anymore! They just cancelled an Yahoo! Auction bid in the last minute! The last minute! Even though the seller didn't state anywhere that they did not deal with proxy services! They made lose a reel that I really wanted they made me lose money and time and finally, they made me completely lose my trust in their services!!! Go somewhere else and find other proxy services that will be more customer-oriented and customer-centric, this business, ZENMARKET, clearly is NOT!!!! |

FeedbackAwful experience: zenmarket charged me VAT in advance, calculated it absolutely incorrectly, made me split my overall parcel into two because of the 150 euro limit, failing to communicate it doesn't apply to my particular case, then failed to fill the papers so I was charged by the EU customs again when first parcel arrived and I will be charged again if second parcel arrives in 1 month instead of 2 weeks because they sent the 2nd one via sea (and it's not trackable at this point). I've lost a lot of time, money, the overall situation is awful and the only thing they offer is to return me the VAT they have mistakenly charged me for. Which they haven't returned yet anyway.
There are many more companies in the market much more professional than Zenmarket, next time I am working with them and not with Zen which is run by russians who can't even fill papers properly. Shame. |
