FeedbackGenuinely the most thorough packaging experience I've had. Everything was so insanely well packaged in bubble wrap and cling film. There were even a few items from a bulk sale that didn't have a box, and they were so well wrapped and placed in such a spot that it would have been near impossible to damage them. If I could give Zenmarket 10 stars I would. Thank you so much! |

FeedbackChegou rápido: mesmo com o atraso do pruto no tramite intercional, o produto chegou em minha casa em 12 dias, ápos ter chegado no Brasil, muito mais rápido que o de costume, grande ponto positivo
Não fui taxada: a encomenda foi bem mais em conta do que eu esperava, algo maravilhoso diga-se de passagem, alem de que não teve tanta burocracia, muito mais leve e satisfatório o processo de entrega domestica brasileira nesse tipo de caso
Chegou intacto: mesmo com um item muito frágil e que estava morrendo de medo dele quebrar ou vazar, tudo chegou intacto e do jeitinho que pedi, veio bem embalado, sem arranhões, sem machucados, bem seco.
10/10, minha primeira vez usando a Zenmarket como Proxy, gostei bastante |

Feedback1. All items were correctly and responsibly packed and shipped from the warehouse of ZenMarket *****)
2. A big plus and a welcome option on the part of ZM is the complete handling of the shipment with all fees already in Japan
=) to speed up and facilitate the smooth delivery of the shipment (while with meeting all the legal requirements of customs).
On the ZenMarket side, all services and expectations per unit are fulfilled (*_*)

3. Delivery through AVIA SMALL is an excellent ratio of economic solution + security * relatively fast delivery time.
The total delivery time was very decent *****)
One minus:
The biggest delay occurred during the customs declaration clearance in the recipient's country :(
(*of course flexibility can be very different and depends on the authorities in the country of delivery)
4. The quality of the goods was excellent *****)
(*Of course, it depends on the seller or sellers)
In this case, the quality was very high *****)
First two items (amplifier + cass. eraser) were delivered in excellent condition (IPOG40 + IPOG42):
=) both is clean, without scratches or other defects *_*
=) both from a functional point of view - excelent, completely without reservations *_*
The third item (wet cleaner) is not so perfect (IPOG58):
=) it was slightly dirty after delivery +/-)
=) but the more important thing is that it is not complete and therefore unusable :(
Well, that's the risk of doing business...
=) I can personally recommend all three sellers.
...but for first two sellers I am sending full feedback 5 from 5 stars
and for third seller I´m sending 3,5/5 stars.
All in all: an excellent price-quality ratio.
