FeedbackFirst time to successfully ship a little more bulky item than usual - a small luggage bag from Japan. At first, I thought the shipment charge was too bulky and expensive. Nevertheless, Zenmarket understands the painpoint well, communicated skillfully with me and their warehouse team, offering alternative solutions, and was able to repack the shipment in a more efficient way, significantly reducing my shipment cost. I will recommend this service. |
