FeedbackGood packaging came in good time, some things ended up being doubles though even when i checked beforehand and duties was a lot at it shouldn't have been so I had to sort it out with border services and got some of that money back. Won't be using this particular shipping method again. |

FeedbackTerrible! I've got 3 guitar in one standard box done many time. For this time, the same 3 guitars size requested to put in 1 standard box. But ZEN decided to packed 2 guitars only on 1 standard box without letting me know the reason why. No care about customer! |
