FeedbackI received my order (just one golf club) all right, but the packaging was excessive. Before you started packing my order in your warehouse, I clearly sent a message asking you to "avoid over-packaging" because you already did this in the past. You used a thick packed-paper tube weighing 900 gram while the club wrapped in protective plastic wrap weighs only 375 gram! As this was shipped by international EMS which is expensive and charges by weight & volume, I had to pay much more than I would pay for generally-used reasonable packaging. A regular corrugated paper carton for a single golf club weighs only about 200-300 gram. Do your math. Protective plastic bubble wrap (for golf clubs) and a regular corrugated paper carton are the perfect standards! I am always interested in buying good golf clubs at reasonable prices, but I don't want to spend my precious money on unreasonable, excessive packaging. What is your standard packaging practice for golf clubs? If these heavy and overly big packed-paper tubes are your standard, I sure will stop buying from/through you. Let me have your answer. |
