FeedbackThere was an unexpected brokerage charge on my package for $208 + 4.27 for government fees. This was an issue they wouldn't resolve, so I had to do it while I was at work, had to contact multiple people at UPS and the fee was knocked down to $24.27. This was the first time I've ever had this happen using that delivery option. I'm unsure what the reason is for this but I'm going to go with other shipping options from now on. It got here really quick thankfully after I got everything sorted out. Thanks for the service. |
