Make sure to clearly label the paperwork on the incoming parcel with the below details for customs to see 🛃 - unfortunately most of the time the sender / proxy won’t do this.

Alternatively when customs contact you to pay the customs charge, check how much tax has been calculated, if it’s 20% this is wrong, it is 5%, contact your shipper and give them the correct details below. I found FedEx are the best for dealing with this.

Instead of a package close to 2ooo grams, they pack 1275 grams
and reject the remaining items.
