FeedbackYour site is so difficult to use. It is difficult to estimate what shipping option to utilize. And now the cost of shipping is much higher than the cost of the goods I wanted to ship. I have decided to just abandon my items out of frustration. |

It seems I missed the delivery of my parcel and also the mail notification.
We were on holiday in the USA and Mexico
I was not able to pick up the parcel and now the EMS has sent it back to you.
I do not mind paying for shipping cost again but please send it out to me as soon as possible.
