FeedbackCustomer service did not check whether the item was complete. There was hazardous material in the box (old leaked batteries) which they claim could have happened during 60day transit (which of course is false since they didn't check the contents). The original box was irreversibly damaged by the seller with stickers and tapes (due to transit only in the original box) and they failed to inform me. Overall bad and expensive experience. |

FeedbackI imported over 60 packages and never had any problems. Response to questions is usually in 1-2 days. Sometimes they put a lot of packing material but at least it is never insufficient and everything is safe. Definitely top service for a big company. |
