FeedbackThey are having packing/consolidation delays this January 2025 and do not promise that they will be able to speed up. Still, they were able to mitigate the delay vs anticipated and push my shipment before the month ends. Much appreciated effort. |

FeedbackEven though the box was torn from 1 side when i received my parcel, but because the way the internal cushioning (packaging material) was used to secure my items, none of the items were damaged and they were intact. So am happy with the packaging team and their efforts to make sure everything reaches at customers end secured. Thank you again. |
