FeedbackThis package included a CRT TV with a fragile plastic case so I requested that it be packed extremely well, and I was very happy to see that it had indeed been packed well. The TV is working great and I was able to repair the cosmetic damage caused by the original seller's packing job (thanks for saving the broken bits as I requested!). |

FeedbackI just was informed that my package was refused by my country customs since the label on the shipment box had insufficient information. Now it is going to be probably sent back and I'll need to pay extra for an error on Zen Market side.
Brazil requires detailed information for importing products. My shipment box only had 'Game software' as the description. Zen Market needs to be more careful when shipping stuff to Brazil, as this description is clearly vague and insufficient. It is recommended to have at least the name of the product, type, and maker on the shipment labels. |

FeedbackNo issues! I usually use a different proxy but i had heard good things about this one. It didn't dissappoint. They purchased the items quickly and the site is easy to use. My package arrived safely and was very carefully packaged. Will be using this proxy again in the future! |

PHUK 151 (116000jpy tonearm) was damaged beyound repair.
I'm expecting to receive full refund of the phuk151 costs. |
