Maklum balasNot entirely happy with my package. Took weeks to receive and found out that the wrong item was chosen despite I specifically said which one. Doesn't matter right now. The Booth is closed until further notice. I will try again later when they open up... |

Maklum balasThe only thing I didn't like is that the Item ID label was pasted on the front of the packaging of the 2 keychains I ordered. I wanted to keep the original packaging clean, but now there's sticky residue. I think I can clean it with acetone so it's not a big issue though! It was my first time ordering through Zenmarket so I didn't know, but next time I will be sure to include it in a note so you paste the label on the back. Other than that, the items were packaged very carefully, and even the compact mirror in the package arrived safely thanks to the bubble wrap. I'm very happy and will definitely use Zenmarket again! :) |

Maklum balasVery quick delivery! Plushies were packaged well and securely, but without unnecessary wrapping to make shipping more expensive/waste material. Bubble wrap and plastic pouches. Plushies were set down without them being rolled up in ways that would lead to damage, I appreciate that. |
