My parcel contains B2 poster and a bunch of Bluray disks and magazines. The initial packaging was a huge box that was too expensive for me. So, I asked and paid to repackage the parcel - requesting to fold the poster twice/thrice to fit a smaller affordable box. To my delight, the packaging team decided to use 58cm × 31cm × 8cm box which is affordable for international freight yet kept my B2 poster rolled and protected, without the need to fold! Also appreciate the support of Customer Service for ensuring my concerns are taken care of. Much thanks and keep it up! Puan
