ご意見・ご感想This is the 1st time I used the Zen Express shipping option. I opted for the additional package reinforcement. WOW, there was no way the content would get damaged. It took 10 minutes to open the shipping box. Delivery time from door to door took 26 days which is still better than surface standard parcel. The delivery time is probably shorter, I had 15 boxes trying to pass customs at the same time. The cost for Zen Express is a tad more than surface standard parcel. |

ご意見・ご感想The shipping cost was hefty, but the package arrived very quickly (from Japan to the other side of the globe), in excellent condition, everything was neatly packed. I appreciate the use of paper in thebos, instead of plastic.
The products are excellent quality, colors are very vibrant, the prints are flawless, there is not a single scratch on them.
