ご意見・ご感想Zenmarket provided excellent service the items were very well packed, and all documents were included. They did everything perfectly on their side.
The problem was with UK delivery via EMS, which is handled by Parcel Force. My parcel was held at the local depot for over a week, and never received the customs payment reference they said they would send. After a long wait on the phone, I was told had to pay customs before delivery. In the end, went directly to the depot, paid the charge, and collected my parcel.
Tip for UK buyers: Avoid EMS if possible, as Parcel Force is slow and unreliable. If your parcel is already at the depot, don't wait for their card go straight there, pay the customs charge, and collect it. |

ご意見・ご感想Everything about my order went smoothly. ZenMarket purchased the trumpet I wanted off of Mercari and had it within their warehouse in about 3 days. Took about another 3 days to have the photos of the item and have it ready to ship. Once packed and I paid shipping, the item was picked up by DHL (my choice of delivery) and it was delivered to the Midwest US in about 1 day. Overall, a very excellent experience for my first time using a proxy service/Zen Market. Highly recommend their service |
