The metal side panel was bent which broke some internal plastic pieces and cracked the faceplate. There where other internal parts (mirror and retainer) that came out of the scanner as well. I don't think the scanner will work after assessing the extent of the damage. I think the problem was caused by the way the scanner and other parts were packaged together. 評価
