ご意見・ご感想First time expereince with Zenmarket. The process of adding quotes and paying for items are very well understood. I like how quick the quotes are received after posting. Ordering rate is also quite fast, roughly within 1 hour or so. Packaging is reasonable and because I ordered cards mainly, they had kept the packing to be minimal, as I did try another proxy that uses a medium size box to pack under 10 cards. Lastly, one great aspect I find very helpful and done nicely is the expected date of package delivery to warehouse, only off by one day is pretty accurate.
The only downside to my expereince would be two things:
1) Probably is my problem but I can't really tell how they choose the type of domestic shipping. I had posted two different quotes from the same store and one quote I received with $0 yen on demestic shipping and one with $650 yen. Both quotes amount are qualified for the store's free shipping, so I am not entirely sure why the difference, would be great if given some clarification on Zenmarket's way choosing types of domestic shipping. Although I do suspect could be because of compensation on delivery due to the total amount of the whole package item ordered.
2)Another downside though I know is not Zenmarket's fault but I think buyers should really time well on paying quotes. If you pay for any quotes during weekends, then you will have to wait until Monday for Zenmarket to actually purchase your items. So bit of a worry there if the item might be gone over the weekends.
Overall I think Zenmarket is quite good as a proxy, though on the expensive side, I do like how quick they can purchase your item during business hours. And their estimate of expected delivery date to warehouse is really a 'not likely to annoy you when items took forever to reach warehouse' part over whole proxy service. |
