The item I ordered could only be done during a specific time window and was a limited production. There wouldn't be a way to reorder if there was a problem and it had to be order 4 months in advance. Everything went smoothly, Zen Market communicated with me during the entire process and kindly answered my questions as needed. Their customer service was very helpful whenever I had questions, and as long as you are patient (give or take about a day) they will answer your inquiry the best that they can. Although shipping was much slower than expected (I used ZenExpress Standard), I received my package in the end after about a month.
