I received the package which number is stated above.
Luckily the amplifier arrived undamaged but your packing job was extremely poor and performed unprofessionally.
(Before packing the item I have clearly asked you to give extra care for this package and pack it well protected)
The amplifier that weights 30Kg was simply wrapped in bubble wrap without any additional protection.
Beside that, there was plenty of free void space inside the box which allowed the amplifier to move freely inside the package,
I took photos during the unpacking process in order to strengthen my claims.
I'm using your services for a while and it's not the first time that your packaging rises doubts in my mind. I usually buy fragile expansive and "one of a kind" items. I'm more than familiar with other broker services (I'm importing goods from Japan for more than ten years) and I know how stuff should be packed to ensure its safe arrival.
Please, in order to prevent inconvenience in the future, use foam boards in addition to the bubble wrap you are using, please protect and secure the items in side the box so they won't be able to move and could withstand a box drop without getting damaged.
I have an extremely rare turntable being kept in your warehouse and I really afraid that you won't be able to pack it safely for shipping.
I'm looking forward for your kind reply and a dramatic improvement in packing quality so I could continue using your services without any concerns!
