ご意見・ご感想商品が予定時期に送られてこなかったことの知らせもなく、届いていることをこちらが問い合わせないと知らせてこない、またその上ZEN MARKETへ届いてから、配送に出されるの約１週間かかるのはどういうわけか？
混んでいる時期ではありますがもっとスムーズに配達に出されると持っていました。
12月初めにはEMSで出されることを予想していましたが、実際は12月半ばとなり、海外はクリスマス前の郵便は混む時期に重なってしまいました。なんとかクリスマス休暇直前に受け取れましたが、クリスマス祭日今年は4日間の郵便局の休みにかかり12月中には受け取り損なうところでした。 |

ご意見・ご感想Im absolutely appalled by this website, as being a new customer and trying to buy a package here has been an absolute nightmare. Buying a product on this website feels very informal and they do not display the shipping fee until you buy the product which completely freaked me out as it was very expensive. I then wanted to cancel the order and get a refund, but you can only cancel and order by paying a 1000 yen fee, which made matters even worse, I didn't know what to and I was freaking out even more, I then thought that I should then just pay the shipping fee, but as I selected the option, a display came up which showed the different shipping methods, I was very confused as next to the name and price of the method, there was a text that said "1 week delayed" which didn't make much sense as shipping with any other website wouldn't "delay" an order for no particular reason. I then payed the fee and I was then confronted with another issue, I couldn't find my order until I looked at the messages tab which told me that I had to make a parcel which made even more annoyed, I then did that too meet the step by step process of when the package should arrive which I for sure didn't want to see, as it made me feel like the package was even more delayed. After waiting a couple of days for the process to complete, I was then met with nothing to tell me when I may suspect the package to arrive, which was the cherry on top for this horrible experience. I will never order from this disgusting website again, and too anyone who is reading this, I hope you don't make the same mistake as I did and order a package from this website. |
